To be eligible for a refund, all items must have the original tags still in place and be unworn. Any traces of wear, including but not limited to, hair (including pet hair), makeup, perfume, smoke, or other odors would prevent the item from qualifying for a refund. 

Please note that our return policy lasts 10 calendar days. Inventory changes frequently, so if 10 days have elapsed since the date your purchase was originally shipped from us, we can no longer offer you a refund or exchange. All returns must have an order number.
